    東京大学大学院理学系研究科化学専攻 修士論文  指導教官:不破敬一郎 亜鉛含有酵素炭酸脱水酵素の活性中心亜鉛をキレート剤により除去した後,亜鉛を再添加することにより活性が回復する。この活性を吸光光度法(基質:酢酸p-ニトロフェニル)もしくはpH測定法(基質:二酸化炭素)により測定することにより,微量亜鉛定量法を構築し,実試料分析にも応用した。

    東京大学理学部化学科 卒業論文   指導教官:不破敬一郎 亜鉛含有酵素アルカリホスファターゼにキレート剤(オキシン)を加えた時には活性(p-ニトロフェニルリン酸の加水分解)がなくなり,これに亜鉛イオンを添加すると活性が回復することを確かめた。このことを利用して亜鉛の定量が可能なことを見いだした。
