    東京大学大学院理学系 研究科化学専攻 博士論文 指導教官:不破敬一郎 亜鉛含有酵素炭酸脱水酵素およびアルカリホスファターゼの活性と中心金属(亜鉛)との関連を調べ,前者が,高感度亜鉛分析法に応用できること,後者は,天然水中の微量亜鉛の溶存態のひとつとして存在することを見いだした。アルカリフォスファターゼは,海水や湖水中に普遍的に溶存しており,リン酸の循環に重要な役割を果たしていることを明らかにした。
