<p>ゲルは「架橋」という高分子同士の橋渡しにより高分子網目が形成され,この網目の中に気体や液体を含み,その形を維持している。「化学ゲル」「物理ゲル」といった架橋様式の違い,網目内の媒体別にゲルの特徴やそれらの作製法を解説する。さらにゲルの機能化について何点か簡単な例を紹介する。</p>
