スポーツ指導者の社会的地位に着目し、文献調査によりその現状を明らかにすることを目的とした。学校・部活動が日本の主要なスポーツ実施の場である一方で、多くの課題を抱えており、教員の関わり方も様々である。解決策として、外部指導員の活用や学校と指導者をつなぐプラットフォームの必要性が示唆された。
