スポーツ指導者の社会的地位に着目し、文献調査によりその現状を明らかにすることを目的とした。学校・部活動が日本の主要なスポーツ実施の場である一方で、多くの課題を抱えており、教員の関わり方も様々である。解決策として、外部指導員の活用や学校と指導者をつなぐプラットフォームの必要性が示唆された。

柔道競技では、柔道衣を把持する能力は勝敗を左右する重要な要素である。これまで柔道選手の柔道衣を握る力「把持力」は握力で評価されてきたが、他競技選手の握力と同程度であり柔道の競技特性を十分に反映していない可能性がある。本研究では、外力に抵抗して受動的に把持する「耐把持力」を指標に柔道選手の把持能力を評価するとともに、引手における柔道衣の握り方の技術が耐把持力に及ぼす影響について検討する。具体的には、柔道衣の袖を把持部とした独自の測定法を用いて、引手の異なる握り方条件が能動的な把持力および受動的な耐把持力に及ぼす影響を明らかにするとともに、筋電図により筋活動の動員パターンを解明することである。
