    東京大学 サイリスタを利用した静止型電圧安定化装置を送電線の中間地点に設置すると送電電力を増強することが可能となる。ただし、非対称故障時に異常電圧が生じる可能性がある。零相共振現象に着目して異常電圧現象を解析した。
