This research database contains English speech recordings produced by four native speakers of Khmer who were educated in Cambodia. It includes recordings of word reading (364 items) and sentence reading (50 items), allowing users to search for and play recordings based on phonological structures and phonetic features. The database was developed to support phonetic research on the pronunciation characteristics of English spoken by Khmer L1 speakers, as well as research in World Englishes. Access to the database is restricted to approved researchers and requires prior application and authorization.
