自動車産業は、昨今、EV化や自動運転など大きな技術変革に直面し、その中で従来の日本企業の競争優位の持続が危ぶまれる状況にある。その変化の中でトヨタなどOEM(完成車)メーカーとテスラなどベンチャー企業の間で埋没しがちな主要自動車部品メーカーは、独自の経営戦略と取引システムの構築に向けた努力を続けている。この結果、自動車産業の国際競争と国際取引システムにどのような変化が起きるのか、解明するすることが本研究の課題である。
