    東京大学大学院 工学系研究科 電子工学専攻 有機金属気相成長法と選択成長法を用いたV溝型InGaAs量子細線の作製手法およびその光エレクトロニクス素子への応用について論じた論文である.ドライエッチング手法を用いず極めて高品質な量子細線を作製し,発光特性などその光物性を明らかにするとともに,初めて本手法でのInGaAS量子細線レーザを実現した.
