From April 2024 (Reiwa 6) onwards, chemical substance management has been shifting from a regulatory approach that emphasizes compliance with statutory requirements to an autonomous management model in which businesses conduct risk assessments and independently select appropriate control measures. However, in practice, a sufficient understanding of autonomous management has not yet been fully established. This symposium aimed to clarify the initial steps towards autonomous management and subsequent implementation processes, drawing on concrete case studies.

本報告書は、厚生労働省からの要望に基づき、2024（令和６）～2025（令和７）の２年計画で実施した「諸外国における障害者雇用施策の現状と課題に関する研究」の結果をとりまとめたものである。<br>
