本論文は,信号の個人差と時変性という不安定な信号特性に適応する新しい筋電義手の開発と,手指を失った切断者の運動機能再建に対する義手の適用効果について,工学的・脳科学的・臨床的側面から明らかにすることを目的として執筆した論文である.筋電信号特徴の時変性を吸収するオンライン学習型動作識別法,干渉駆動型多自由度ロボットハンド,電気刺激による触覚代替で構成される筋電義手を開発し,fMRIによる脳活動評価,ADLによる臨床評価を行い,その有用性を示した. -
