    東京大学 大学院薬学系研究科 製薬化学専攻 Tubulin重合阻害に基づく抗腫瘍活性が期待されるポドフィロトキシンをはじめとするリグナン類の含窒素類縁体を設計し,それらの全立体異性体の短段階合成に成功した。また,立体構造とKB細胞への細胞毒性との相関を検討し,Tubulin重合阻害の構造要因を明らかにした。さらに,エトポシドの含窒素類縁体を設計・合成することにより,トポイソメラーゼⅡ阻害の構造要因を明らかにし,新規のトポイソメラーゼⅡ阻害剤を発見した。
