    <p>This paper presents the efforts to construct a training environment for research data management personnel within the “Developing a Research Data Ecosystem for the Promotion of Data-Driven Science”. In addition to developing fundamental learning materials, the project is also focused on the creation of practical resources for the management of data derived from experimental devices and qualitative research methods, including ethnography, within the humanities and social sciences. Furthermore, it encompasses the design of curricula for efficient learning and the development of a prototype learning analytics platform that visualizes learners’ progress.</p>
