    ペロフスカイトMn 酸化物Pr1-xSrxMnO3(0.1≦x≦0.7)のP型熱電特性は、x = 0.1で、468K における無次元性能指数 ZT = 0.0035 が最大であり、ペロフスカイトMn 酸化物を用いた単一母相のPN素子実現の可能性は低いことを確認した。
