     View Summary

    東京工業大学 工学研究科 2成分系テルライトガラスの構造について,結晶のラマンスペクトルの解釈を通して検討した。TeO2ガラス中では,ほとんどのTe原子がTeO4四方錐を形成しており,1価,2価の陽イオンの添加に伴い非架橋酸素を1つ持つ3+1型,非架橋酸素を2-3個持つ3方錐型が増加することを明らかにした。BO3/2との2成分系では,B3+原子の配位状態の変化を固体高分解能NMR測定から明らかにした。PO5/2のを含む系では,P5+が ガラス形成成分として機能し,Te4+の高配位化に寄与することを明らかにした。

     View Summary

    横浜国立大学大学院工学研究科 標題の2成分系ガラスを調製し,相対強度を補正したラマンスペクトルを測定した。ピーク分離を施し,P=O結合伸縮振動強度の組成依存性から,GeO2系では加えたPO5/2成分に比例して,6配位Ge4+が生成し,SiO2系ではPO5/2を多く含むと,4,6配位Si4+が共存することを確認した。TiO2系では6配位のTi4+がクラスターを形成していることを,見出した。また,ガラス転移点,熱膨張係数に見られる極端な変化が,これら高配位した成分に起因することを指摘した。
