横浜国立大学大学院工学研究科
標題の2成分系ガラスを調製し,相対強度を補正したラマンスペクトルを測定した。ピーク分離を施し,P=O結合伸縮振動強度の組成依存性から,GeO2系では加えたPO5/2成分に比例して,6配位Ge4+が生成し,SiO2系ではPO5/2を多く含むと,4,6配位Si4+が共存することを確認した。TiO2系では6配位のTi4+がクラスターを形成していることを,見出した。また,ガラス転移点,熱膨張係数に見られる極端な変化が,これら高配位した成分に起因することを指摘した。
