    シリコンの表面に於ける反応をトンネル走査顕微鏡(STM)で観察し,局所構造の変化から論じた。塩素吸着させた時に生ずる光反応に関して,また 水素が吸着した際に生ずるシラン様表面種の光解離反応に関して,そして 塩素と水素の置換に伴う構造変化に関して,それぞれ報告した。
