海岸侵食に関する問題は各地で頻発し,多くのハード対策が行われてきた.しかし,漂砂が活発となる遡上帯から沖浜帯までの漂砂体系を一体的に解析し,地形形状や底質移動特性を考慮した砂移動メカニズムの解明に関する研究は数少ない.そこで本研究ではこの遡上域から沖浜帯までを研究対象領域とし,現地観測結果に基づいた,プロセスベースの鉛直混合メカニズムの解明と検証,および前浜からバー沖側端までの底質移動の動態解明を行う.さらに,平均汀線位置よりもやや陸側に形成される堆積性地形であるバームの移動動態の短期変動と長期変動,また,汀線付近の底質との相互作用についてもそのメカニズムの解明することを目的とする.
