<p>本研究では，小学校と中学校それぞれにおいて，ミドル教師のリーダーシップ行動が学年チームの文化資本に与える影響について調べるために，A市の教員から得たデータを用いて共分散構造分析を行った．結果として，学年の文化資本を形成するミドル教師の個人の行動には，校種間で異なる傾向が多く見られた．また，小学校・中学校のいずれにおいても，学年の集団省察の文化が授業改善に有意に関連することが示唆された．</p>
